Sayed Abu Al-Ezz, a circus owner in America, dies, leaving behind a large fortune estimated at about half a million pounds and three daughters. He leaves a will to his agent Darwish to hand over the wealth and his daughters to their cousin Hayes in Cairo to implement the will in three stages.
